The Feminine rise Solstice retreat is making it's second trip to Ghana for the December solstice 2019 - Hip Hop Amen Ra. There will be a 9 day meditation with a number of activities to enable the meditation. Which include engaging in daily practice of Chigwa, Fire Dancing, prophecy writing, walking & drawing meditations, we unblock and clear pathways, encouraging good health and spiritual well-being, enabling us to vision our purpose and walk our path. We will stay in a beautiful Black Star Lions  accommadation on the boarder of the Eastern region and the Volta. We will share stories around the fire circle and by the time we arrive we have been promised the hot tub will be ready. Being outside in a hot tub surrounded by rolling hills and views of the lake Volta will be an organic cherry on a very spiritual cake. Two meals a day will be prepared for us for 9 days. The last 4 days we have the opportunity to prepare our own meals inside our guest house or outside on an open fire. We will have the chance to canoe up the Volta lake to Akosombo dam, visit Mount Afadja the highest mountains in Ghana standing at an elevation of 885 metres (2,904 ft), located in the Agumatsa Range near the villages of Gbledi and Liati Wote, in the Volta Region at the border with Togo, sit by refreshing Waterfalls, take a trek through the wilderness and look out for wild life. This will be an holistic experience on the Mother land.
